This article will help you…
・The difference between a dry sauna and a salt sauna
・You will know the difference between a dry sauna and a salt sauna.
・You will want to do your own regular maintenance!

Let’s goooooooo!!!!!

What is a salt sauna anyway…

You will find this in the sauna room!

Salt saunas, as the name suggests, are saunas with salt in them!

In my personal opinion, you don’t see many saunas in specialized sauna facilities, but in super public bathhouses and the like!

The humidity is high and the sauna is designed as a wet sauna.

The temperature is also relatively high in most places, so you could probably replace a dry sauna with one that’s more well-rounded!

Salt saunas have great beauty benefits!

Wet sauna easily raises deep body temperature.

One of the reasons why salt saunas are so effective for beauty and skin care is that they are designed as wet saunas.

Wet saunas have high humidity, which makes it easier to raise deep body temperature than a typical dry sauna!

This makes it easier to raise the deep body temperature to 38°C, which can generate HSP (a substance in the body that promotes cell and tissue repair) and improve skin tone!

Apply salt to make your skin glutinous

When you apply salt from the salt sauna to your skin, it makes your skin very smooth and glutinous.

When salt is applied to the body, osmotic pressure (the ability of salt to hold water) pulls sweat out of the body.

It takes a few minutes for the osmotic pressure to be fully exerted, so do not pour it off immediately after applying it!

In addition, the high-temperature sauna room activates the sympathetic nervous system, which stimulates the “apocrine glands” and produces a lot of sweat from them.

Sweat from the apocrine glands is cloudier and whiter than usual because it contains substances such as lipids and proteins.

This sweat is coated with a “sebaceous film,” which is a natural moisturizer suited to the individual and makes the skin smooth and silky.

The old keratin and sebum are replaced by the newly produced sebum. Salt does not dissolve!

Can I put salt on my face?

The place where you want your skin to be the smoothest and most smooth is your face! Is it really okay to put salt on your face?

The answer is “yes!

But be careful not to get salt or sweat in your eyes or on wounds!

And make sure your face is coated with a new layer of sebum to make it glutinous!

Dip in hot and cold water more than usual!

After you get out of the salt sauna, you will take a water bath as usual, but before that, you should take a hot and cold water bath more carefully than usual!

In the usual sauna, only sweat is washed away, but in this case, there is a possibility that salt will be left on your body.

Keep your manners and be beautiful!

I don’t like saunas, but I want the benefits of salt.

If so, try “salt bath” at home!

The method is simple.
Soak in the bathtub, apply salt all over your body and wait for a few minutes, then soak in the bathtub again.

You can expect a similar effect to that of a salt sauna!

It is recommended to use coarse salt instead of salt!

Conclusion

How was it?

The salt sauna is a wet sauna, so it increases the generation of HSP, and the salt helps to produce good sebum, which coats the skin!

It made my skin smooth and glutinous, but be careful when applying salt to your face!

And make sure you splash hot and cold water over it!

And if you don’t have time to go to a public bath, try a “salt bath” at home!
