Sauna takes the fatigue out of eyes, shoulders, and back!

Hello everyone!
My name is “Take” and I am the operator of “Practice of Sauna Activity”.
I’ve also got an easy-to-understand, live commentary on YouTube, so please check it out here (only japanese)!

Some of you may be thinking, “My eyes get tired from working at my desk,” “I have stiff shoulders from work,” or “I’ve been having back pain lately…”!

This time, we would like to tell you that sauna can improve your physical pain!

This article will help you…
・Sauna is a great way to maintain your body!
・Understand the relationship between fatigue and sauna!
・You can rediscover the benefits of sauna!

Let’ goooo!!!!

It helps with stiff shoulders and back pain!

There is a thesis that sauna helps stiff shoulders and lower back pain and relieves fatigue.

The main reason is that the heat effect of sauna relaxes muscles, increases heart rate, and improves blood flow!

In addition to carrying oxygen and nutrients, blood flow also carries away the body’s fatigue substances.

In addition, it also reduces inflammation (back pain, stiff shoulders) and active oxygen species, thus providing the body with an antioxidant effect!

Antioxidant properties protect the body from all kinds of illnesses and inflammation, making the body less prone to back pain and stiff shoulders!

Studies have even shown that sauna can prevent diseases such as dementia! For more information, please read the article below!

It also helps with eye strain!

Eye strain is also expected to improve as it relaxes muscles and increases blood flow!

If you want to relieve fatigue specifically for your eyes, use a wet sauna or steam sauna instead of a dry sauna because your eyes tend to get dry and sore!

I recommend a salt sauna to make your skin smooth! I’ll explain why in another article!

It also helps with brain fatigue!

If you increase your heart rate to about twice as high in the sauna and then take a water bath, your heart rate will decrease but your heart’s pumping function will be greatly activated.

This causes blood flow from the limbs of the body to gather in the center (increase in deep blood flow), and since the brain is part of the deep blood flow, brain fatigue substances are carried away and brain fatigue can be removed!

By removing brain fatigue, it is easier to come up with ideas, which is explained in detail in a separate article.

Why Sauna instead of Bath?

As I mentioned above, sauna makes your heart work harder!

In fact, studies have shown that the heart’s pumping function increases by about 70% after a sauna.

Studies have also shown that the heart pumps blood out more powerfully and muscle fatigue recovers!

A mere bath does not significantly increase the heart rate, so the above effects are unlikely to be obtained.

It can be said that this effect is only possible in a sauna where the body is overworked and brought to an extreme state!

Conclusion

How was it?

When you take a sauna, the heat relaxes your muscles and increases blood flow!

By doing so, you can expect to improve eyestrain, back pain, stiff shoulders, and brain fatigue!

These effects cannot be obtained by simply taking a bath, but can only be obtained in a sauna!

While it may be a good idea to go to an esthetic salon, a massage parlor, or take supplement, I strongly recommend a reasonably priced sauna!

Busy business people, if you are tired from working at your desk, go to a sauna to ease your body aches and pains!

Okay, that was a long post, but thanks for reading! I will try my best to post English articles as well, so please check out my other articles!
