We’ve already told you about the connection between sauna and weight loss, so check it out below!

In this issue, I would like to tell you about the real beauty benefits of saunas for those people!

This article will help you…
・You’ll see the connection between sauna and beauty!
・You will want to go to sauna for beauty!
・You may increase your annual income…?

Let’ Go!!!!!!!

Take a sauna can help cleanse the skin.

Taking a sauna is expected to promote sweating and blood flow, which in turn improves the skin by increasing metabolism and turnover!

This is what is expected from bathing in a bath.

In addition, the sauna can warm the face in addition to that.

This is not possible in bathing except for those of us who can breathe through our gills, right?

This is the key to the sauna’s unique beauty benefits!

I will explain the mechanism in detail below!

Heat shock protein 70″ is generated when you enter a sauna.

Heat shock protein 70″ is generated when you enter a sauna.

Heat shock protein 70 (HSP) is a type of protein produced by the body that repairs the body’s cells and tissues.

Thus, it also repairs the cells and tissues of the skin, making the skin beautiful!
As mentioned above, HSPs are produced by heat stimulation, hence the name!

And research has shown that this HSP is produced twice as much as normal when the body’s deep body temperature exceeds 38℃.

One set (15 minutes) of dry sauna raises deep body temperature by about 0.4°C, while wet sauna raises it by about 0.8°C.

However, it is a little difficult to determine how many sets of sauna should be taken depending on the individual’s normal body temperature.

Example: A person with a normal temperature of 36.5°C
4 sets of dry sauna (0.4 x 4 + 36.5) = 38.1°C
So to get lots of HSP out, you would need 4 sets!

The HSP that reaches 38°C and produces a lot of HSP will reach its maximum amount after 4 hours.

Therefore, by entering skin care, eating, and sleeping by 4 hours later, skin cells and tissues, as well as the whole body, will be repaired to the maximum extent! (Quoted from: “A Doctor’s Textbook on Sauna” by Yasutaka Kato, p110)

HSP repairs UV damage and prevents blemishes!

HSP also repairs damage from ultraviolet rays, so taking a sauna after being exposed to a lot of ultraviolet rays at the beach or camping will help prevent blemishes!

Also, since you are producing HSP, you should take special care of your skin! Vitamin C also suppresses the production of melanin, so you can expect to prevent spots and improve the tone of your skin! Choose skincare products that contain vitamin C derivatives!

If you want to produce HSP efficiently, baths and rock baths are not the way to go!

As mentioned earlier, HSP is produced well when the deep body temperature exceeds 38℃.

Then, in which order are baths, bedrock baths, dry saunas, and wet saunas (mist saunas) most likely to produce HSP?
The answer is wet sauna > dry sauna > > bath >> bedrock bath!

At first glance, dry sauna seems to be the most efficient because it is the hottest, but dry sauna tends to warm the surface and is inefficient compared to wet sauna, which warms the inside of the body slowly.

If beauty benefits are important to you, a wet sauna is the way to go!
But I prefer dry sauna.

Sauna is effective in reducing swelling

Do you ever feel your face puffy in the morning after eating a bowl of noodles the day before?

Swelling occurs when the “joint fluid” between cells increases due to abnormalities such as salt.

However, the sweating action of the sauna helps to expel the joint fluid and salt, thus reducing the swelling!
Sauna is a must for those who have a date or a meeting to attend!

Higher annual income?

What nonsense! but there is a good reason for this!

According to a study conducted by labor economist Professor Daniel S. Hamermesh over a period of about 20 years, “the difference in a man’s lifetime income depending on his appearance is about 27 million yen”. Shocking, isn’t it!

So much for the need for appearance in business!

In fact, based on Merabian’s Law proposed by psychologist Albert Merabian, “visual information accounts for about 55% of first impressions”.

Taking a sauna will make your skin beautiful, help you lose weight, and reduce swelling.

It would not be an exaggeration to say that the sauna, which improves your appearance so much, is one of the factors that increase your annual income.

Conclusion

How was it?

Taking a sauna has the potential to make your skin beautiful, reduce swelling, and even increase your income!

The day before you get into the swing of things, a sauna is the way to go! Men and women, let’s all take a sauna and work on our appearance!
